'PlateMealSimple started with a vision: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Rossi family launched our small, family-driven eatery in 1985, with time-honored recipes passed down through generations.

Marco Rossi, our trailblazer, refined her pizza craft during her Italian sojourns, particularly with pizzaiolo masters in Naples, the hometown of pizza itself. After returning to the UK, her mission was to reproduce that authentic Italian pizza essence, embracing age-old traditions and top-tier produce.

Our journey began with a humble 12-person eatery which has now blossomed into a cherished community staple, yet our dedication to prime quality and genuine practices stands firm. The traditional wood-burning ovens still blaze, our dough is mixed fresh every morning, and we persistently hunt for the finest ingredients.

At present, 'PlateMealSimple' continues under the ownership and leadership of the Rossi progeny, ensuring a team driven by fervor. Although today's world has brought certain innovations, the core of our mission endures: to craft delightful, authentic pizza that gathers folks around.
